Our 40 studios and 10 one-bedroom apartments offer budget accommodation and convenient locations for sightseeing and enjoying all the attractions Paris has to offer. The studios are 18m² and the one-bedroom apartments 27m².

The Saint Martin building is perfectly located in the 10th District, in the very centre of Paris. 3 minutes walk from Gare de l'Est and 8 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Canal Saint Martin River is also close by. From Gare de l'Est train station you can take the metro and reach any location in Paris in a short time, using line 4, 5 or 7. For instance Châtelet-Les-Halles shopping mall and Beaubourg Museum are just 15 minutes away, the Bastille and its trendy bars 20 minutes away, the Elysean Fields only 30 minutes and Disneyland Paris not more than 45 minutes away.
